Your garments are embroidered or printed in-house, usually within 7 to 10 working days of artwork approval.
We deliver by courier to your chosen address, or to each of your sites.

Rolling out uniforms to dozens or hundreds of staff? Our corporate contracts give you a dedicated account manager, wearer trials and sizing sets, and wearer packs labelled with each person’s name and department.
Your team can reorder through a bespoke online ordering portal, with your prices, approved garments and order history in one place, and we deliver to each of your sites.

Staff uniform questions
What is the minimum order for branded staff uniforms?
There is no minimum order on embroidery, so you can brand uniforms for a small team of two or three or for hundreds of staff. Tell us what you need and we will advise on the best way to brand it.
How long do branded staff uniforms take?
Once your artwork has been approved, we aim to deliver branded garments within 7 to 10 working days. Unbranded stock items usually take 2 working days.
Can you add our logo to our staff uniforms?
Yes. We embroider and print in-house, and we can also emboss leather and add tax tabs. Send us your logo and tell us where you want it placed, and we will supply a mock-up for you to approve before anything is produced.
Can I see what the uniform will look like before I order?
Yes. Our team can supply a design mock-up of your garment with your logo in place, for you to sign off before production starts.
How do I collect everyone's sizes?
Use our free staff size collection tool. You create a link, send it to your team, and each person enters their own sizes. We then send you the full list. Our size guides cover how to measure and the size charts for every brand.
Do you supply large organisations and multi-site businesses?
Yes. For larger teams we offer corporate contracts with a dedicated account manager, a bespoke online ordering portal, wearer packs labelled with each person's name and department, and delivery to each of your sites.
Can staff uniforms be claimed as a business expense?
HMRC guidance says clothing must be recognisably a uniform to qualify, and a permanent, conspicuous badge or logo may be enough. Our tax tabbing page explains how this works. This is general information, not tax advice, so please check with your accountant.
