Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. If you need delivery outside the UK, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

All prices on our website are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout.
Delivery times
- Stock items (no branding): typically delivered within 2 working days via DPD.
- Embroidered or printed items: usually delivered within 7–10 working days of artwork approval.
- Express delivery: 1–2 working days once your order has been dispatched.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally a product may be out of stock with the manufacturer; if this affects your order we'll contact you straight away. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore locations may take longer.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with tracking details where available.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery on arrival and tell us within 7 days about anything that is damaged, missing or incorrect by emailing sales@kylemark.co.uk or calling 01292 618344.
