Ordering uniform for a team shouldn't mean chasing sizes on spreadsheets, re-sending logo files or explaining which colour you had last time. That's why we now build private uniform portals – your own members-only ordering area on our website, set up just for your organisation.

- HM Coastguard – a uniform portal for the Ayr, Ardrossan, Girvan and Ballantrae stations, each with its own station-branded kit.
- Clyde Cruising Club – a members-only shop for club clothing, including a separate Dinghy Section range.
- ULT Fitness – a branded members area covering its clubs, from CrossFit and fitness to PT and Muay Thai.

How a uniform portal works
- Your own private area – your portal is only visible to people on your account. Everyone else sees a locked page, and your products don't appear in our public shop or on Google.
- Pre-loaded with your kit – we set up the garments you've chosen, in your colours, with your logo already in place. No artwork to upload and nothing to get wrong.
- Branded for you – your portal can carry your logo and colours, so it feels like your own uniform shop.
- Split by site, team or department – we can create separate ranges for different locations, departments or roles, just like our station-by-station Coastguard portal.
- Simple, secure login – staff log in with their email address and a one-time code. There are no passwords to remember.
Staff order themselves, or managers order for the team
Every business works differently, so your portal can work either way:
- Staff self-ordering – give your team a private link and they can sign up, choose their own sizes and order their own kit. Great for new starters, clubs and volunteers.
- Manager ordering – a manager or office administrator can log in and place one order for the whole team, with the right sizes for everyone.
Reordering made easy
Once your portal is set up, topping up uniform takes minutes. Your garments, colours and logo positions are already saved, so you get the same consistent look on every order – whether it's one replacement polo or kit for a whole new team.
