Easy, Stress Free Ordering

Whether going for a whole new look or even if you know exactly what you want, ordering a new uniform can be time consuming. With so much choice it can seem daunting pulling together the right look and functionality. Kylemark aim to make the process as easy as possible.

So, where do we start?

Initial Contact & Consultation:



1. Website:

If you know what you want just check the website for your garments and add them to your basket. If there is a logo use our handy Garment Customiser to upload your design adding it to your basket. Check out the How To video here. Looking to order over 100 garments? Use the quote option on the product page and one of our advisors will get back to you.

2. Phone:

Phone us free on 0800 195 4900 - we love to chat. Kylemark is always on the other end of the line willing to help with your enquiry. Sometimes it’s easier to talk through what you need with one of our experienced customer service team. They can help give you ideas and guide you to the right product specific to your industry.

3. Email:

Just fill out our contact form with what your requirements or email sales@kylemark.co.uk telling us a bit about your business, staff numbers and budget. We will get back to you as soon as possible with ideas or a quote.

4. Live Chat:

Dedicated Account Manager



When you order with Kylemark you will be assigned a Dedicated Account Manager that will know your account inside out. From then on they will deal with all of your future orders ensuring you have a trusted contact going forward. With us by your side, you can focus on what matters most – running your business – while we take care of all your workwear issues.

Design & Sign Off:



Mock-ups:


Sometimes it’s prudent to have some mock-ups produced so you can see a digital representation of your uniform; especially if it’s a large roll out with a brand new look. This will give you a good idea of what the final look will be with garment colour, logo positions and bespoke options clearly presented. Just give the nod and we will go to production.


Artwork Sign Off:


Every new customer will have to sign off on their branding before we start. Whether it’s embroidery, print or tax tabbing you will receive a digital proof of your logo before we commence with production.





Logo Set-up Fee:


Free on orders over the value of £100 (ex vat). Otherwise there is a standard £10+vat set-up charge on all online orders.:

Payment



For payment Kylemark take all the usual transactions - Debit & Credit Cards, Paypal and BACS. We require payment before we can commence with your order. To discuss setting up a 30 day Credit Account please telephone sales on 0800 195 4900.

Production:



Once your artwork has been approved we aim to get your garments to you within 7 to 10 working days. Our team of time served operators use the latest technology to allow a speedy manufacture and branding process.

Delivery:



When ready we use DPD Next Day to deliver your uniform to your chosen location. Standard delivery is £5,95 but Free if your order is over £100 (ex vat)
